The posts were indeed made by a guy who goes by the name of Cecil, he's from Unichan3.org (a site from the Boxxy community). Basically Kathy used to be friends with Cecil's ex-gf Huey (I believe Kathy is the one that introduced Huey to the Boxxy community), and Cecil believes Kathy came up to Seattle and drugged Huey to try and have sex with her. He's also accused several other people of trying to manipulate Huey into not associating with him. Take his accusations with a grain of salt because he's done plenty of drugs himself in the past and he's not all there in the head.
